I had a mild stroke in which affected my face with my lips twisting to one side when I talk. This is worsened by any slightest stress I go through. My right eyelids also will not close properly. These always elicited embarrassing questions about my facial condition. In March 2002 I developed a heart condition in addition to my elevated blood pressure. After examination and test, the doctor diagnosed a heart murmur, heart enlargement in addition to the existing problems. This was corroborated by a heart specialist at Nnamdi Azikiwe Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, in Anambra State.

A few months ago I ordered a few bottles of mariandina to Malawi. I didn't experience any problems in sending the nutritional supplement.
